Bullet BlenderTM是一款新穎、快速、高通量、高穩定性的組織細胞破碎儀。使用專利的試管擊打技術,轉頭以每分鐘幾千次的頻率擊打試管,使樣品在試管內產生劇烈的振動,從而達到有效的混合。在樣品中加入不同規格的高耐磨性研磨珠,可對細胞或組織樣品進行徹底的破碎和均質,提取樣品中的核酸、蛋白、亞細胞結構或其它有機成分。避免了手工研磨、機械勻漿、超聲波處理等傳統方法費時、費力、效率低、效果差、重現性差和易交叉污染等缺點。同時由于其創新的設計,也成為了世界上性價比最高的大通量組織細胞破碎儀。
Bullet BlenderTM的用途
用于提取細菌、酵母、真菌、孢子、動物植物器官組織、小型動物和土壤等樣品中的DNA、RNA、蛋白質、亞細胞結構或其它有機成分;對液體、半固體和固體樣品進行快速的混合和均質。從培養的細胞到堅硬的動植物組織都可以處理。
Bullet BlenderTM可選的型號
- Bullet Blender,使用1.5ml離心管,可同時處理24個樣品,單個樣品量最大為0.3克,不帶風冷功能
- Bullet Blender Blue,使用1.5ml離心管,可同時處理24個樣品,單個樣品量最大為0.3克,帶風冷功能
- Bullet Blender Blue 5,使用5ml離心管,可同時處理12個樣品,單個樣品量最大為1.0克,帶風冷功能
- Bullet Blender Blue 50,使用50ml離心管,可同時處理9個樣品,單個樣品量最大為3.0克,帶風冷功能
Bullet BlenderTM的特點
- 四種型號分別可容納24個1.5mL或2mL微量離心管、12個5mL離心管(Blue 5型)和9個50mL離心管(Blue 50型)
- 高通量樣品處理能力,單次處理時間一般不超過3分鐘,大大提高了實驗室的工作效率
- 非接觸式樣品處理方式,整個過程中樣品都保持密封,無交叉污染發生
- 24V直流馬達,產熱量小,除轉頭外,無其它活動部件,使用壽命更長
- 具有強制風冷功能,降低儀器和樣品的熱累積,最大限度的避免核酸、蛋白質等生物活性物質因高溫而降解
- 緊湊的設計,20cm (直徑)×19cm(高),只需電源即可在實驗室任何一個地方使用
- 處理時間1到5分鐘和3到15分鐘(Blue 50型)可調,或直接按啟動鍵可進行短時間處理
- 轉頭速度從低速漩渦混合到高速劇烈振動10檔可選
- 不需要特殊樣品管,推薦使用Axygen、Eppendorf或Corning的1.5mL、2mL微量離心管和5mL離心管,BD falcon的50mL離心管,大大降低使用成本
- 可放置于4℃到60℃的環境中運行
- 提供各種尺寸和材質的研磨珠,滿足處理不同樣品的需要,每個樣品成本不超過¥1.5元(1.5或2mL微量離心管+研磨珠)
- 對于用戶的特殊樣品,提供有針對性的實驗方案
Bullet BlenderTM的操作流程
將樣品、研磨珠和緩沖液按一定比例依次加入離心管,然后將離心管放入Bullet Blender,設置好處理時間和速度,按啟動鍵即可。處理后的樣品只需經簡單的靜置或低速離心就可以將研磨珠和樣品分離。不同批次樣品之間無需對儀器進行清潔。
